A few years ago, I embarked on a journey to minimize my possessions to about half of what they were before.

Little did I know what a life-changing impact this year-long project would have on me–on my aspirations, on my day-to-day life, and on my happiness and wellbeing.

Living simply and striving to keep the focus on what is truly important–rather than on the endless pursuit of more stuff or more followers or more “busyness”–is now my motto, and it’s a topic I write about frequently.
